Project Manager to the Palm Springs Public Arts Commission

Reports directly to the City Manager. Under general direction, serves as an integral manager for the Arts Commission. 

  • Facilitates, develops and maintains operations and activities related to the Public Arts Commission such as programming, community outreach, cultural art displays, special projects and website.

  • Manages grant resources, opportunities, proposal writing and administrative procedures.

  • Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with City Manager, Committees, local businesses, community advisory groups, and the general public.

  • Participates in planning for special exhibitions, grant programs, online initiatives and other future forward community-focused projects.

  • Provides creative leadership to the Arts Commission. Works collaboratively with the Commission and is accountable for the performance and results of multiple related teams. 


AEG Live, Goldenvoice / Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival

Curator, Coordinator to the Coachella Art Studios

Reports directly to the Art Director of Goldenvoice. Creator of interactive art installation that has been active for over 10 years, with 50+ staff and over 5,000 attendees.

  • Negotiates budget, contracts and overall concept with festival Directors.

  • Oversees, curates and coordinates the entire development of production from concept to completion.

  • Creator of exhibition design, art direction, and all interactive artistic activities. Responsible for concept development and execution of every detail of the experience for festival goers.

  • Oversee hiring and training of staff, booking of music talent and Senior Lead to the pre-production design team. 

  • Hands-on approach to creation of the entire art installation.

  • Also produced these art installations and varying size in activations at: FYF Fest, Desert Trip, Arroyo Seco, Stagecoach, Camp Flog Gnaw, SS Coachella, Phish Festival


The Coachella Valley Art Scene

Founder and Managing Director

Nonprofit organization Founder and Director, producer of art and music festivals, venue management, social media content creator and event coordinator.

  • Served as the CVAS Operations Manager, key leader and primary face of the arts organization. Took an active role soliciting corporate donations, sponsorships and individual donations.

  • Represented and advocated for the CVAS in an effort to enhance and elevate local art and culture viability and vitality within the community. Built engagement through inclusive programming that actively promoted diversity, gender and all forms of artistic expression through a positive and stimulating environment. 

  • Developed, organized and managed all public events and digital activities. Events ranged from large scale music and art festivals, to small panels and presentations, to community pop-ups and cutting-edge art exhibitions. Worked directly with featured artists, managed staffing and all audio/visual needs. 

  • Oversaw all administrative, marketing, production and financial functions of the CVAS. 

  • Work collaboratively and cooperatively to build long-lasting relationships with representatives of fellow community-based organizations, City employees, business owners and community leaders.


Palm Springs Unified School District

Program Developer and Coordinator

Reports directly to the Arts Administrator. Created and developed an art program for at-risk female-identifying students enrolled in Palm Springs Unified School district using arts as a therapeutic way to build self-esteem and develop emotional understandings amongst middle school students. 

  • Responsible for planning, directing, coordinating and managing daily operations. 

  • Research, prepare and evaluate creative projects, including use of art materials in response to teen trends and community needs.

  • Provides leadership and hiring staff. Is accountable for the performance and results of the team.

  • Works with a diverse range of age groups, learning styles, educational needs, socioeconomic backgrounds and more.

  • Actively participates and collaborates in all phases of a project.

  • Exercises public speaking and teaching skills, and ability to deliver content to diverse audiences.

Palm Springs International Film Festival

Special Event Manager

Reports directly to the Sponsorship Director. Manager and coordinator to all special events for the week long, world renowned film festival.

  • Responsible for planning, coordinating, curating and managing operations of individual organization events.

  • Oversees talent management, balancing budgets, volunteer coordination and hiring staff.

  • Manages relationships with clients, sponsors and venue managers.
